Principals

Erfah Kusumawati,

major experience in property management and business development, construction and developer. Has experiences in managing operational of Property Management Divison of over 125 buildings (banking and offices) as Head of Division in all area of Indonesia in PT.Bringin Karya Sejahtera (1998-2008) and did marketing all products of property management, such as Building Management, Building Maintenance, Service Management and Housekeeping. Also before that as project officer of 2 apartment projects (Pavillion Park & Menteng Regency) and Quantity Surveyor in PT Duta Anggada Realty tbk. (1994-1998)

Dian Ridya Prastiti,

major experience as architectural designer such as concept design, preliminary design, architectural design, design development, construction documentation and design presentation. Has work experiences as a designer in one of the major architectural firm in Chicago, USA, Environ Harley Ellis (1999-2004), and involved in some big projects in Chicago area such as apartment buildings, houses, schools. Also before that as a designer in pt Shimizu Lampiri Consultant (1994-1997), Jakarta and involved in the process of designing some of big projects such as Bimantara Square, Bank Danamon Surabaya, PT Yakult.
